Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Island Cart TCI, we aim to make grocery delivery simple and stress-free. We understand that plans can change, so we've designed a fair cancellation and refund process.

1. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order for a 100% refund as long as a shopper has not started shopping for your items.
  • Once a shopper begins shopping, cancellations and refunds may no longer be available.

2. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Island Cart TCI has no control over bank processing times.

3. Substitutions and Price Adjustments

  • If an item is unavailable, shoppers may substitute with a similar product.
  • Any price difference from substitutions will be adjusted on your final total.
  • If a substituted item is not suitable, you may request a refund for that item.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • A shopper has already started shopping your order.
  • You are unavailable to receive your delivery during your scheduled time.
  • Items are perishable and cannot be restocked once delivered.
