Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled and refunded in full as long as a shopper hasn't begun shopping. Once shopping starts, changes or cancellations aren't possible.

Quality Issues

If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, let us know right away (within 24 hours) and we'll arrange for a refund or replacement.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. The time it takes depends on your bank or payment provider—we don't control those timelines.

Delivery Issues

If we're unable to complete your delivery as scheduled, you'll receive a full refund unless we can arrange an alternative delivery time.
