3. Orders and Payments

• Orders must be placed through the Island Cart TCI website.
• Prices include a slight markup to account for store price variations and item availability.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
• You authorize Island Cart TCI to charge your selected payment method for your orders.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled for a 100% refund if a shopper has not started shopping.
• Once shopping has begun, cancellations and refunds may no longer be available.
• Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Substitutions and Availability

• Items may be purchased from multiple stores.
• If an item is unavailable, we may substitute with a comparable product.
• Price differences due to substitutions will be adjusted and reflected in your final order total.

6. User Responsibilities

By using Island Cart TCI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for registration, delivery, and payment.
• Not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Be available to receive your delivery at the scheduled time.

7. Limitations of Liability

Island Cart TCI is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Quality issues relating to items provided by third-party stores.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Island Cart TCI website, including logos, text, and images, is owned by Island Cart TCI and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Island Cart TCI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
