Aromas of vanilla custard and lemon curd lead into ripe stone fruits like golden peach and fig with a touch of flinty minerality and smoky oak. Made with whole bunch pressing wild yeast fermentation and ageing in French oak this wine shows rich texture balanced structure and long ageing potential.
