Slow-cooked 72 hours in traditional masonry ovens, double-distilled, then aged 8 months in American white oak barrels. Golden amber color with smooth caramel, vanilla & chocolate notes balanced with fresh agave. Mellow oak finish with hints of cinnamon. 96 calories per 1.5oz. 40% alcohol (80 proof).
